A couple of our users are now running Vista and have come up against the problem that they cannot reply to e-mails (or create new ones). There is a fix for this that needs to be applied to the server, ref: 911829. However, when we try to apply it is complains that we dont have Service Pack 2 installed.

When I reply to an e-mail in OWA using Win Vista RC1 the body of the e-mail is not available and you cannot edit it. Any ideas what may be going wrong? I have turned off Protected Mode in IE7 and lowered all security down as low as possible. I have also made certain that the OWA site and domain are trusted.
